Our Story

The problem we kept running into

Every team we knew was stuck in the same place. They'd adopt Jira because it was the industry standard, spend two weeks configuring it, onboard a dedicated admin to maintain it, and then watch half the team stop using it three sprints in because it was simply too much overhead for the actual work they needed to do.

The tools that had everything — the analytics, the compliance reporting, the AI assistance — cost a fortune and demanded a full-time administrator. The tools that were simple and affordable didn't scale past a handful of projects or offer anything close to enterprise security and financial compliance.

The question we kept asking was: why does getting a team up and running on a sprint have to take two weeks?

So we built Sprint Bridge — a platform where an engineering team can go from zero to their first active sprint in the same day they sign up. Where the analytics, compliance reporting, and security features are built into the base product, not gated behind a premium tier that requires a sales conversation.

Four things we'll never compromise on

These aren't features — they're the product decisions that define what Sprint Bridge is and what it refuses to become.

Same-day onboarding is non-negotiable
Every design decision in Sprint Bridge is evaluated against one question: does this slow a new team down? The moment onboarding requires a dedicated administrator, a multi-day implementation project, or a professional services engagement, we've failed at our core purpose. A team that requests access in the morning should be running their first sprint by afternoon.

Agile tooling shouldn't require an agile coach to use
Velocity charts, burndown analysis, cumulative flow diagrams, and cycle time metrics shouldn't be reserved for teams that already understand them deeply. Sprint Bridge surfaces these metrics automatically, with plain-language interpretations, from the first sprint — because the insight only has value if the team actually sees it and can act on it.

Financial compliance belongs in the delivery platform
Most engineering teams don't realize that the work they're doing has significant financial accounting implications — every hour of development is either a capital expense or an operating expense under ASC 350-40. That classification used to require a separate spreadsheet, a dedicated finance person, and a painful audit each year. We automated it and put it where the work happens.

Sprint Bridge's AI features — story enhancement, test generation, UAT documentation, sprint planning suggestions — are designed to save time on the overhead that slows teams down, not to make decisions on their behalf.
